The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Solution is a lightweight, water-based exfoliating serum designed to target clogged pores, blemishes, and uneven skin texture. Formulated with 2% salicylic acid, a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), it helps remove dead skin cells and clear pore congestion for smoother, clearer-looking skin. Its oil-soluble exfoliating ingredient works within the pore lining to reduce the appearance of congestion and improve skin texture. The formula also contains hydrating ingredients, including Saccharide Isomerate and Glycerin, to support skin hydration. Ideal for oily and blemish-prone skin, this serum is a practical addition to an evening skincare routine for maintaining a clearer, more refined complexion.

Precautions: Do not use on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. Patch test before use; the brand advises testing a small area once daily for three days. The brand does not recommend using this serum in the same routine with other acids, retinoids or peptides. BHA may increase sun sensitivity. Use sunscreen, protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using the product and for one week afterwards. If irritation, hives, swelling, blistering or difficulty breathing occurs, rinse off, stop use and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
